The prices quoted above are for the villa per week, NOT per person.
None returnable deposit of 25% of full price. Balance due 6 weeks prior to commencement of rental. If booking made 8 weeks prior to commencement of rental then full amount to be paid immediately on booking.
Important Notice
Please note that if you choose to cancel, the deposit and/or balance is not refundable. In your own interests, please ensure you take out adequate travel/cancellation insurance at the time of booking, so that if you need to cancel for any reason, e.g. illness/accident to yourself, travelling companion, close family member etc, then you will be covered to receive reimbursement.

Please note all villas to be vacated by 12 noon on the day of depature unless otherwise by prior arrangement.
Small Print
The rent for the structure of the villa is £75 GBP per week throughout the year. The actual cost of renting the villa with furniture, white goods, bedding, satellite TV all paid utilities, swimming pool, cleaning, gardening, food welcome packs and all other maintenance. Is as detailed in our listed prices and guests do not have the option of opting out of the extras and renting the empty shell of the villa. We have been forced to break down our costing by the Pissouri Village Office who is going to tax gross rental income on all properties in the village area. They are adamant that the tax will be on gross income regardless of the extras provided by the property owner. This tax will benefit owners that have a very basic property that may have been inherited from a family member and disadvantage someone that has bought a new high quality property, that they live in part of the time and rent out when not in use by themselves.
